Jonathan Ah-weng, Hong Kong

Jonathan Ah-weng is a practising barrister in Hong Kong. He was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2003, and has a broad practice in commercial and civil litigation, covering cross-border commercial disputes, commercial fraud, company and partnership disputes, matrimonial and trust disputes. He also handles criminal matters, including white collar crimes. He is a CIArb arbitrator and accredited CEDR mediator.

He is a founder member and first of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Advocacy Training Council.

Jonathan has taught on advocacy courses in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and for South Africa.
